Canoe is an advertising technology company that provides software and services to national television programming networks.
Canoe was founded in 2008 by six multi-system operators:
- Brighthouse
- Charter
- Comcast
- Cox
- Cablevision
- Time Warner Cable.
Our original mission was to develop products for four lines of business: Addressability, iTV, Data, and Video on Demand Dynamic Ad Insertion (VOD DAI).
In 2012, we have evolved the company to focus on one line of business, VOD DAI. Our ability to deliver advertising dynamically will extend to the
opportunities available on the TV Everywhere platform.
Canoe is based in Denver, CO with a sales office in New York City.
